| • | Rental Rates may be posted in Dollars or pesos |
| • | There can be no requirement for a Colombian Guarrantor/Feador to rent an apartment on Medellin Apartment Guide. |
| • | You must have at least 1 English speaking person available to assist prospects. |
| • | IVA and Colombian Tourism Taxes (for stays of less than 30 days) must be included in the quoted rental rates. |
| • | You must abide by and comply with the DAS requirements for reporting daily status of your tenants who rent for less that 30 days. |
| • | Deposits for security and reservations must be clearly spelled out on each property. |
| • | Premiums rates for seasonal, ferias, holidays and other events must be clearly posted. |
| • | Property amenity accuracy is the responsibility of the advertiser. |
| • | A minimum of 3 months listing of the property and it's guaranteed pricing is required. Price changes require a minimum of 3 days to be posted. |
Medellin Apartment Guide reserves the right to terminate (without refund) any relationship and immediately delete any listing that does not abide by these stipulations. This is done to protect the prospect from any false or misleading information, claims, bait and switch tactics, false or misleading advertising or any other attempts to falsely mislead a prospective tenant into selecting a furnished Medellin Apartment Rental for their visit or stay in Medellin Colombia.
