Here are the requirements and costs
- You must clearly display any deposit requirements for security or reservations
- You must include collection of IVA and the Colombian Tourism Tax for stays of under 30 days in your rental rates;
- You must agree to file the daily reporting requirements of DAS for stays of less that 30 days;
- You must specify the amenities of your Medellin Rental property;
- You must specify any special premium, seasonal or Feria charges;
- You must provide a minimum/maximum of 10 photos of your property;
- You must have an email address where Reservation Requests can be forwarded;
- There can be no requirement for a Colombian Feador or Guarrantor for your property;
- You must have at least one English speaking person to assist a prospective tenant;
Medellin Apartment Guide reserves the right to terminate (without refund) any client relationship and immediately delete any listing that does not abide by these stipulations. This is done to protect the prospect from any false or misleading information, claims, bait and switch tactics, false or misleading advertising or any other attempts to falsely mislead a prospective tenant into renting a furnished Medellin Apartment or Penthouse for their visit or stay in Medellin Colombia.
If you also participate in Real estate sales for apartments, penthouses, condos, property or fincas, links from your page listings will go to appropriate pages on your web site at no additional charge.
Listing Alternative #1- Flat Rate
25,000 COP for cost of building and publishing each rental listing;
10,000 pesos per month per rental listing, minimum of 3 months paid in advance;
You may cancel anytime after 3 months. No long term contract required; 10% discount for 5 or more listings, 15% discount for 10 or more listings.
Listing Alternative #2- Pay for Performance
List your Rental Property with no monthly fee (1 Time 25K page build per Rental Property) and pay us 10% of your Property Management Commission
Your listing will be deleted after 15 days for non-payment.
Re- publishing will cost a 1 time fee of 25,000 per listing.
Cash, Credit Card or PayPal accepted.
